PARIS (AP) _ French state-owned airport operator Aeroports de Paris said Thursday its net profit more than doubled in 2007, boosted by growth in passenger traffic and the sale of a stake in a Chinese business.
The airport operator, which is 68.4-percent owned by the French state, also increased its multiyear guidance for traffic, revenue and profitability.
AdP's 2007 net profit came in at euro321.8 million (US$498 million), up from euro152.1 million in 2006 and above a euro285.5 million average forecast of nine analysts polled by JCF Online.
Excluding nonrecurring items, net profit rose 19 percent, in line with the 2006 rise. The …
