NSW: Pair arrested for stings on elderly

SYDNEY, Feb 15 AAP - Two people will appear in a Sydney court today after being charged
in relation to a series of robberies of elderly people.

A 22-year-old woman and a 45-year-old man were charged yesterday after more than 20
elderly western Sydney residents were robbed, allegedly after the woman entered their
homes posing as a Housing Department official.

The pair have been charged with 26 counts of stealing and will appear in Fairfield
Local Court today.
